Every listing on flat & rooms is visited, photographed and described by us — never auto-pulled. It's why we have fewer entries than the big sites, and why the ones we have are usually true.
We don't list a home until someone from the desk has walked through it. Notes are taken by hand, in the rooms.
Mornings for north-facing rooms, afternoons for courtyards. Never wide-angle. Never staged with furniture that isn't there.
Plots and resale homes get a 30-day title check by our panel of advocates before they appear on the index.
A first call, then a visit. We sit through the paperwork with you. We don't take a brokerage from the buyer.
